Deflector hood DHMS

Deflector hoods are used as exhaust air hoods.
The hood ejects the air into the atmosphere with an upward jet, so that the exhaust air near the hood
does not mix with the ambient air in the vicinity of the hood.
The hood design prevents the ingress of rainwater and contaminants.
The water collected by the inner cone is discharged through a lateral
drainage pipe. The air outlet opening is secured by a
protective grille.

Painting in all RAL standard colors possible.

DHMS:
Mounting by means of a push-over sleeve.

DHFS:
Design with flange and counter flange according to factory standard.
Stainless steel or aluminum versions as standard
with slip-on sleeve as standard. Other connections possible on request.

Note:
When the exhaust air system is not in operation, moisture, snow or dust can enter the pipe system and cause water to accumulate.
Condensate drainage should therefore be provided below the hood. In order to achieve a sufficient throw range, the flow velocities of 6-8 m/s are recommended. Higher flow velocities require a structural modification of the deflector hood.
